Entrance: "Keep Your American Dream" begins to blare over the PA system and Jonny Anderson makes his way out onto the stage as the audience cheers him on.  He takes in everything briefly from the crowd before quickly making his way down the ramp, high fiving the fans in the front row on his way.  He slides in under the ring ropes and stands on the middle rope taking in all the cheers and finally jumps off as his music fades.
