To the harsh, robotic drums of “FEEL NOTHING” by HEALTH, the lights play through a myriad of stark colors until settling on a dark, shrouding red. Coming from the back, Shane Vergo makes his appearance, but the camera only captures his back. He reaches back and grabs the camera, shoving it forward to face him. The living construct of violence stands amidst the full span of the audience with a scowl on his face. Raising his head high, he takes in what needs to be done before beginning his way down the ramp.

Audience members fade away in his vision as his walk is absolute. Yet, he does stop at the end of the ramp, giving the raving fans a once-over on both sides before he retrains his sight on the ropes in front of him. His steps slow to a methodical pace until he grabs hold of the bottom rope. Climbing them in the same manner, Shane turns his back on them to stare at the whole arena. He enters the ring rather unceremoniously before standing in the center of everything. He shoots an open hand high above his head, but it closes to a fist. He brings the fist down to his lips, giving it a faint kiss before confirming his preparations for the match to come.

MOTIVATIONS
What are your character’s motivations for competing?

Shane's disturbed. Something in his life made the balance in his mind shift. When it did, it created something feral. He lived with that for ages until he took control of it. Instead of shoving it to the back of his mind, he kept it close to him. Wrestling is the only legal outlet he has to enact the things that he wants to do.
